Waleed is the managing partner with over 23 years of experience in audit, tax, and advisory. Waleed is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a fellow of Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA), and fellow of Egyptian Society of Taxation (EST). He has been with BDO Egypt for 13 years (2008-2021) and RSM Egypt for 7 years (2001-2008).
Waleed possesses a very long experience of carrying out audits for many sectors such as industrial companies, manufacturing, retail and trading companies, Hospitality companies, shipping and forwarding,
financial institutions, commercial, and services companies and non-for-profit organizations.
Waleed is the founder and managing partner of APEX – Public Accountants and Advisors (PAA).

Osama is a Tax partner graduated in 1993 from Ain Shams University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
He also completed his post graduate studies at Cairo University.
Osama was a tax partner and advisor with a large accounting firm in Cairo, Egypt
where he was in charge of the tax department.
Osama is licensed in Egypt as certified accountant and a Member of Egyptian Society of Taxation. Osama joined E&Y Egypt where he worked there from 1995 to 2001.
Magdy Desouky

Mr. Magdy Desouky is a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA), holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (1995), and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has over 29 years of professional
experience in the financial sector, including 19 years of experience in financial due diligence engagements,
business valuations, financial feasibility studies, business plans and financial models, analysis of
financial statements and underlying drivers of business operations in due diligence engagements.
In addition, Mr. Desouky has served as a board member for several companies, providing valuable insight and leadership in financial governance, strategic planning, and decision-making.

experience; he has served the corporate sector in the areas of Audit, Risk, Compliance,

He has been actively teaching various professional courses like IFRS, Audit and Assurance, Financial
Management and Strategic Business to aspiring professionals with more than 1000 training hours.
